The passenger must be
registered
at Gol's site;
The ticket must be bought with the passenger's
User ID

The
Confirmation Number
can't have more than two parts;
The changes can be made
until 24 hours before
the flight time;
The cancellations can be made until
3 hours before
the flight time;
All the
fares, fees, cancellation rules and changes
should be checked at
tariff rules
of the itinerary of each flight.
