Check-in options

Before boarding, it’s necessary to confirm that you will be traveling on the flight you have reserved. This confirmation is called “checking in" and you can do it via the Internet, a mobile device, at a self service kiosk or at a GOL check-in counter at the airport. Whichever way you prefer.

Even if you made your reservation through a travel agency or by redeeming a Smiles ticket, you can check in online.

Just be mindful of the deadlines. You must check-in online between 7 days and 45 minutes before your domestic flight’s departure time, or between 7 days and 1 hour 15 minutes before your *international flight's departure time, or at the airport of departure. Streamline your trip, avoid delays and enjoy the convenience of checking in via the Internet from wherever you want!

Whichever channel you use to check-in, it is recommended arriving at the airport 2 hours before international flights and 50 minutes before domestic flights.
