After checking in (whether online, via mobile phone, self-service station, or at the customer service counter), you can no longer cancel your check-in or your ticket either online or through GOL Customer Service.
In this case, your cancellation can only be made at the GOL customer service counter at the airport of departure. Therefore, be aware! If you have any questions, please find one of our GOL attendants at the airport. They will be ready to help you.
