How can I know that my shipment has been sent?
You can track your shipment. For shipments within Brazil tracking can be done through the Gollog Customer Service Center, at 0300 101 2001 (local toll call).
If the shipment is international, you will need to contact a customs agent, who will be an intermediary in the transaction.
