Presentation of documents

The airplane landed, you grabbed your carryon and are about to deplane.  Keep in mind that depending on your destination, like on international flights for example, you will need to show your documentation prior to leaving the airport and enjoying the new country.

For that reason, set aside your identification document, boarding pass, and filled out immigration and customs forms, and keep them handy, like in a handbag or carryon.

The immigration officers will check your ticket, your arrival and departure dates, ask you a few questions and authorize your entrance into the country.  For more information on the international flight forms, click here.

If you are arriving on a domestic flight, you will go straight to baggage claim upon landing. Find the baggage carousel listing your flight number and airline. That is where you will claim your checked luggage. If you have any questions, please find a GOL attendant.
