Up to 24 hours prior to your flight

There is no charge for rebooking requests for flight changes up to 24 hours prior to the flight. However, in the event of a request for cancellation, or reimbursement it will be processed with an administrative charge of 20%. In the event of requests for flight changes there will be a rate difference charge in the event that there is one between the prices of the flights, keeping in mind that air tickets can have different rates depending on the time, route and seat availability.

 

  
Within 24 hours prior to the flight

There will be a charge for cancellations of  US$ 30.00 (converted to local currency) + 20% of the rate related to the reimbursement which will be processed on the credit card statement, upon request.
For changes there will be a charge of US$ 30.00 converted to local currency (and the rate difference, if any).

 

  
After flight takeoff 

There will be a no show charge in the amount of US$ 50.00 (converted to local currency), and the remaining amount will be credited to the passengers reservation which can be used toward the purchase of a new flight through the GOL Sales Center or travel agents, valid for regular rates for one year from the no show date. Clients, who prefer, can request reimbursement. In this event there will be a 20% charge of the rate related to the reimbursement.
Any alteration in the purchase in the event of no shows can only be effected by the passenger, except when the remaining credit can only be transferred to another.

In the event of a no show, all of the other subsequent connections contained in the reservation will be cancelled, except for shuttle flights (Congonhas - Santos Dumont - Congonhas).
There will be no charge in the event of no shows for shuttle flights.
