- Online Change and Cancellation services change all flights of passengers of a same localizer. In order to change/cancel passenger flights individually, please talk to our Call Center (+55 11 5504 4410).
   
- Changes may be made within 365 days after the purchase date only. Flights or itineraries will not be changed after that period.
   
- All tariffs, fees, cancellation and change rules must be checked in tariff conditions for each flight.
