Passengers with Special Needs
Requests for assistance for passengers with special needs must be made at the time of ticket purchase or at least 72 hours before departure. For flights originating in Brazil, requests for special assistance, such as wheelchairs, can be made at least 48 hours before departure.
Unaccompanied Minors
Minors under 16 years of age are not permitted to travel unaccompanied.
Infants
Infants under 2 years of age may board domestic flights free of charge. The infant must travel on the lap of a responsible adult over 18 years of age. Only one lap infant is permitted per customer.
Pregnant Women
Azul's Special Assistance Coordinator must authorize international travel:
- Within 4 weeks of delivery (travel within this period also requires a medical certificate stating that you have been examined within the last 48 hours and are fit to travel);
- Seven days before or after delivery (travel during this period also requires a medical form completed by your doctor).
