Brazilian passenger aged between 18 years of age or over.
- National Identity Card (RG) original or certified copy
- Passport;
- National Driver's License (physical model with photo);
- Work Permit (physical copy with photo);
- DNI (National Identity Document);
- The CNH-e (Electronic National Driver's License) is now accepted for passengers boarding domestic flights. To be valid, the information on the document must match the information on the boarding pass. The document must be presented within the "CNH Digital" application on the passenger's mobile phone;
- Electronic voter registration card (with civil or social name), as long as it contains a photo;
- Identity card issued by a professional council or association, with a photograph and public trust throughout the country.
- Identity cards issued by the Judiciary or the Legislative Branch, at the federal or state level, as well as identity cards issued by the Ministry or the body subordinate to the Presidency of the Republic, including the Ministry of Defense and the Air Force, Navy and Army Commands;
- If one of these documents has been stolen or misplaced, the customer may present a police report. The validity of the police report is at the discretion of the public security authorities.
Please note: Documents accepted electronically must be presented within the application in which they are provided. Screenshots and/or prints will not be accepted for boarding.
Passengers with preferred names
- You may present documents containing both your legal name (registered at birth) and your preferred name (the name by which your gender identity is socially recognized).
- To board, the name on your reservation must be identical to one of the two names described in your identification document (legal or preferred).
Brazilian passengers between 12 and 18 years of age
- Identity Card (ID) original or certified copy
- Work Permit (valid for domestic travel for passengers over 16 years of age)
- National Identity Document (DNI)

If you are a foreigner and what to board on a domestic flight, you must present one of these following documents:
- Foreign passport, within the validity period;
- National Migration Registry Card (CRNM), Foreigner Identity Card (CIE), National Registry of Foreigners (RNE), respecting the international agreements signed by Brazil;
- Diplomatic and Consular Identities;
- Refuge Request Protocol (Law 9,474/97) - Issued by the Federal Police.
- Federal Police National Migration Registration Protocol – SISMIGRA;
- Original identity card or passport within the period of validity (if you are a citizen of a full member country or associated state of Mercosur).
- If you are a foreigner from a country outside Mercosur (and also not from an Associated State), you must present your passport.
- If one of these documents has been stolen or lost, the customer can present the Police Report. The public security authorities are accountable for the validity period of the Police Report.
Important: all documents must be within the validity period, with the exception of the National Registry of Foreigners (RNE) for seniors over 60 years old.
