Now you can pay for your plane ticket with your FGTS birthday withdrawal!

Choose your ideal trip and select FGTS on the payment screen;

If you want to check your balance before completing the payment, click on “Check Balance Simulation and Rules”;

​​​​​​Before finalizing the payment, you must enable the Birthday Withdrawal option in your FGTS account* via the FGTS app (Caixa), because we need the FGTS balance for the payment to be evaluated and authorized.

After selecting your payment method, you will be redirected to Banco Digio and will need to enter some information.

Conditions

  • Purchases cannot be made between 11 PM and 11:59 PM.
  • The FGTS account holder must be the traveler.
  • Purchases with multiple passengers are allowed, provided the FGTS account holder is one of the travelers.
  • The reservation must have an interval greater than 4 days between the purchase date and the travel date.
  • The reservation value (including fees and/or services) must be greater than R$ 400.
  • You cannot pay part of the value with another form of payment (e.g., FGTS + Card).
ATTENCION!

To request the use of your FGTS (Brazilian severance pay fund), you must enable the Birthday Withdrawal option in your FGTS account.
This option is done in the FGTS app (Caixa). We need the FGTS balance for the payment to be evaluated and, if in order, authorized.
