The transport of beverages in checked baggage will depend on the alcohol content. Remember that permitted beverages can only be checked by individuals over 18 years of age and must be in leak-proof, labeled, and sealed containers. Otherwise, transport may be denied.

Stun guns and electroshock weapons (such as tasers, for example) and items containing explosives, compressed gases, and lithium batteries with a watt-hour rating exceeding 160 Wh are strictly prohibited as carry-on baggage, on the person, or in checked baggage.

Electronic cigarettes with batteries and personal vaporizers cannot be carried in checked baggage on any type of flight, whether domestic or international.

With the airline's authorization, each passenger may carry up to two small carbon dioxide cylinders. The cylinders must be placed in a self-inflating life vest and must have a maximum of two replacement cartridges.

It is permitted exclusively as checked baggage. The wheelchair – or other motor aid equipped with a spillable battery – must:
- Be able to be charged, stored, secured, and discharged in an upright position;
- Have the battery disconnected, securely attached to the equipment, and with its terminals insulated to prevent accidental short circuits.
Important: If the wheelchair or motor aid cannot be charged, stored, secured, or discharged in an upright position, the battery must be removed. Disconnected batteries must be transported in sturdy, rigid packaging.
It is permitted exclusively as checked baggage. The wheelchair – or other motor aid equipped with a spill-proof battery – must:
- Be checked in with the battery disconnected and its terminals insulated to prevent accidental short circuits;
- Be securely attached to the wheelchair or motor aid.

Only one backpack per person is allowed, containing a cartridge of non-toxic and non-flammable compressed gas. The backpack must be packed in such a way that it cannot be accidentally activated. The airbags inside the backpack must be equipped with pressure relief valves.

- Advance purchase of checked baggage is available to customers booked on GOL flights (G3).
- The purchase of checked baggage allowance is an optional service and ancillary to the carriage of passengers.
- Baggage purchased in advance is individual and cannot be transferred to another customer.
- Each passenger may purchase in advance a checked baggage allowance of 23 kg per piece, with a limit of 5 pieces per passenger.
- If your baggage exceeds 23 kg, a fixed overweight fee will be charged for domestic flights and a different fee for international flights. The total weight must not exceed 45 kg for domestic flights and 32 kg for international flights.
- The checked baggage allowance must be used for transporting regular baggage (travel suitcases). Non-standard items with special dimensions and characteristics—such as sports equipment, musical instruments, TVs, monitors, boxes, and packages—must be transported as differentiated baggage.
- As checked baggage, 1 baby stroller and 1 baby carrier or 1 car seat are allowed per lap child (up to 2 years old), as an extra allowance, free of charge. Any additional items will be deducted from the regular baggage allowance or treated as differentiated baggage.
- The purchase of checked baggage at special rates is available through GOL's digital channels and it varies according to the time of purchase - outside the check-in window (more than 48 hours before the flight) and inside the check-in window (less than 48 hours before the flight). There is no special offer at the airport counter, regardless of how far in advance you have made the purchase.
- If the flight is rescheduled at the customer's discretion, the same checked baggage allowance purchased may be used. If the customer changes their route, they must check whether there is a variation in the checked baggage allowance fees.
- If a flight (accommodation) is rescheduled by the Company, the Company is responsible for offering the same allowances on the new flight as those purchased on the original flight.
- Product refunds are allowed exclusively for customers with Flex, Premium Economy and INSIGNIA Business Flex fares when requested before boarding through the customer service center. For Basic, Light, Classic and INSIGNIA Business Classic fares, refunds are not available.
- Refunds requested after the flight (no-show) are not allowed, regardless of the fare type.
- There is no mileage earning for the purchase of this product.
