Save time when boarding and avoid queues at check-in
The service allows you to weigh and tag your luggage on domestic flights. Then, simply proceed to the Express Baggage Drop-Off counter and board.

At the self-service kiosk, select "Check-in" and enter your Reservation Code, CPF, or Smiles number to begin. If you've already checked in, select "Check baggage" and enter your baggage locator.

Before completing check-in, the system will ask if you wish to check your baggage. Click "Yes" and place your bag on the scale. Wait for it to be weighed. If you've already checked in, the system will prompt you to weigh it immediately.

If the fare you purchased already includes a baggage allowance, there will be no additional charge! Complete the weighing process and, if you have more bags, repeat the process.

If excess baggage is required, the system will inform you of the amount to be paid and the accepted credit card brands. Enter your card information and wait for payment confirmation. For Smiles Diamond, Gold, and Silver customers, the system already considers the additional allowance they are entitled to.

Wait for the labels to print before placing them on your luggage. Remove the paper label, following the printed instructions, pulling from the bottom up and ensuring the protective film comes off completely.

Position and stick the tag on the handle of your luggage, preferably at the top.

Remove one of the three stickers from the tag and stick it to an easily adhesive area on your luggage, such as plastic or leather, avoiding fabric.

Important: Keep the printed receipt along with the tag, as it is your proof of checked baggage.
