Baggage rules when traveling with our partners
Passengers flying with GOL partner airlines will be honored with the partner's baggage allowances, both for tickets purchased through GOL channels and for tickets issued with Smiles miles.
If the customer exceeds the baggage allowance established by the partner, excess baggage will be charged according to the partner's current rules.
If the same reservation/locator includes a segment operated by GOL, there will be no baggage charge and customers will be honored with the partner's baggage allowances. The same rule applies to "Multi-Segment" flights, when one of the segments is operated by a partner airline.
