​​​​​​​You can check your flight status on our website, in the GOL app, or on the airport information boards. If the estimated travel time is affecting your trip, please contact a GOL employee.

Flight Changes and Rebooking

In some cases, your trip may be changed or canceled due to operational or safety reasons.
If this occurs, you will receive a notification with the details of the change, and you may choose the option that best suits your needs:

• Confirm the flight suggested by the airline;
• Select another available flight at no additional cost;
• Cancel your ticket and receive a full refund or airline credit (GOL Credits) to use for another trip
.

These options apply to any change or cancellation made by the airline. You can manage your booking directly through the GOL app: simply go to the main menu and select My Trips.

At any time, you can check your trip details and review any changes by accessing your booking.

You will receive an email or SMS with a link to access My Trips, where you can accept the new flight or reschedule, at no cost, any segments not yet flown
For purchases made through a travel agency:
Access My Trips to check available options and manage your flights at no cost. If you prefer, contact a GOL representative.
If you have purchased additional services, contact your agency directly to manage your booking.
For purchases made through a partner airline or Voebiz:
Consult a GOL employee to receive the necessary support.
Important: Regardless of whether or not you receive the email, you can always access the My Trips page using your booking details to check your trip details and update your information.
After confirming or choosing your new flight, it's important to check the details and services:
Check-in Check-in
You need to check in again on our GOL website or app to get your new boarding pass.
Check-in Bagagem
If you checked your baggage at the check-in counter or in the boarding area, please check with GOL staff for instructions on baggage claim and re-check-in, if applicable.
Check-in Serviços GOL Contratados
If you have purchased GOL Services, such as seat allocation, checked baggage, Dog & Cat Cabin, Fly Together, or others, you will need to review your reservation in My Trips. If you need help confirming the services, please ask a GOL employee at the airport.
