For travel involving Partners, seat reservations/purchases can only be made in advance for GOL flights through our Digital Channels (app and website) or through our Customer Service Center, regardless of where the ticket was issued. For seats on Partner flights, the process must be completed directly through the respective airline's customer service channel.
On trips involving Partners and the first leg operated by GOL, baggage can only be purchased at the airport on the day of departure. If the Partner is the first operator on the leg, please contact the relevant airline directly to check rules and options.
One handbag or backpack weighing up to 10 kg and one small suitcase weighing up to 10 kg are permitted as carry-on baggage, measuring no more than 55 cm in height, 35 cm in width, and 25 cm in length, including pockets, wheels, and handles.
All electronics must be transported as carry-on baggage. Laptops, cameras, cell phones, camcorders, tablets, and portable chargers/spare batteries must pass through the airport's X-ray machine at the entrance to the departure lounge.
Valuables, such as jewelry and cash, are also accepted only as carry-on baggage.
The following are prohibited from being transported as carry-on baggage: bladed weapons, firearms, cartridges and ammunition for firearms, printer cartridges, bottles containing more than 100 ml of liquid, fuels, batteries with electrolyte, lithium batteries with a capacity greater than 100 Wh, fireworks, bombs, paints, chemicals, and mercury thermometers.
For all reservations involving Partners and with the first flight operated by GOL, regardless of where the ticket was issued, check-in must be done with GOL, via the GOL Digital Channels (app and website), and at the GOL Totem/Kiosk or counter at the airport on the day of departure. Please note that check-in is done up to the final destination, with all flight segments appearing on the boarding pass. If the Partner is operating the first flight, check-in must be done directly through the respective airline's customer service channel.
No. Children under 16 cannot travel alone on reservations involving Partners. A guardian over 18 years of age is required.
You can check your reservation on our Digital Channels using the GOL locator code, the Partner locator code or the ticket number.
For voluntary changes, you can change your reservation through our digital channels (app and website), provided the ticket was issued through GOL. If the ticket was issued by a travel agency or partner, the change must be made directly with the ticket issuer. For tickets issued using miles, the rules can be found on the Smiles website.
