The transport of beverages in checked baggage will depend on the alcohol content. Remember that permitted beverages can only be checked by individuals over 18 years of age and must be in leak-proof, labeled, and sealed containers. Otherwise, transport may be denied.

With the airline's authorization, each passenger may carry up to two small carbon dioxide cylinders. The cylinders must be placed in a self-inflating life vest and must have a maximum of two replacement cartridges.

- Be able to be charged, stored, secured, and discharged in an upright position;
- Have the battery disconnected, securely attached to the equipment, and with its terminals insulated to prevent accidental short circuits.
Important: If the wheelchair or motor aid cannot be charged, stored, secured, or discharged in an upright position, the battery must be removed. Disconnected batteries must be transported in sturdy, rigid packaging.
It is permitted exclusively as checked baggage. The wheelchair – or other motor aid equipped with a spill-proof battery – must:
- Be checked in with the battery disconnected and its terminals insulated to prevent accidental short circuits;
- Be securely attached to the wheelchair or motor aid.

- As checked baggage, 1 stroller and 1 comfort baby or 1 car seat are allowed per unaccompanied child (up to 2 incomplete years), as an extra deductible, free of charge. The remaining items will be deducted from the regular baggage allowance or differentiated baggage.
- The purchase of checked baggage allowance at promotional prices is available on GOL digital channels and depends on the advance purchase - outside the check-in window (more than 48 hours before the flight) and inside the check-in window (less than 48 hours before the flight). At the airport counter, regardless of the advance of the purchase, there is no promotional price .
- In case of rescheduling requested before the flight at the Customer's request, it will be possible to use the same checked baggage allowance purchased. If there is a change in the leg of the trip, it is necessary to check if there is a variation in the baggage allowance for the new itinerary.
- In the event of a flight (accommodation) rescheduled by the Company, the Company is responsible for offering the same allowances purchased on the initial flight on the new flight.
- Product reimbursement is allowed exclusively for customers with Flex, Premium Economy and INSIGNIA Business Flex rates when requested prior to shipment through the service center. Refunds are not available for Basic, Light, Classic, and INSIGNIA Business Classic rates.
- Refunds requested after the flight (no-show) are not allowed, regardless of the fare.
- Miles are not accrued for the purchase of this product.
