The international baggage allowance will not be honored for tickets purchased separately, even if they are issued by a partner airline. In such cases, the baggage rules for the segment purchased apply.

The passenger must then go to a GOL counter to check their baggage again.
Lost baggage service
In the event of lost baggage, the company responsible for registering the incident and following up on the status of the baggage is the last airline to have transported the passenger. If it is determined that the baggage was lost during a connection between an international flight and a domestic GOL flight, the passenger must file a lost baggage claim with the company that transported the baggage during the previous segment.
Should this occur, the passenger must file a complaint with the last airline to transport the baggage. If it is determined that the baggage was damaged on an international flight connecting to a domestic GOL flight, the passenger must file a complaint with the airline operating the first segment of the trip.
