In partnership with the Metropolitan Friends of the Exceptional (AME) entity, GOL launched an unprecedented accessibility service: the assistance of people with hearing impairment with simultaneous translation into Brazilian Sign Language (Libras).

Air Bridge Onboard Service
On the routes between Congonhas (SP), Santos Dumont (RJ) and Congonhas (SP), GOL offers a special onboard service, at no extra cost to passengers. All options are served with coffee, water, juice or soft drink and include a variety of snacks (sweet and savory).
