Flights operated by GOL

The purchase or reservation of seats on flights operated by GOL can be made via customer service channels (Website, App, and/or Call Center) or directly at the airport on the day of boarding, regardless of where the ticket was issued.

On GOL-operated flights, your seat will be assigned automatically and can be viewed by accessing your booking. If you prefer to choose or change to a specific seat, you may purchase this service for an additional fee.

Flights operated by TAAG

Seat selection on TAAG flights must be made via the TAAG Website, Call Center, and/or at the airport on the day of boarding.
