Check-in

On trips where the first leg is operated by a GOL flight, check-in can be done on the digital channels APP or Website www.voegol.com.br 24 hours in advance of the international flight or at the GOL counter at the airport and kiosk/totem on the day of boarding.

If TAP is the operator of the first leg of the trip, check-in must be done via TAP's own service channels: TAP Air Portugal | FlyTAP Official Website.

Attention! To check in via digital channels, you must:

  • Be within check-in time;
  • The first section must be operated by GOL, regardless of where the ticket was issued;
  • For adult passengers only;
  • The reservation cannot have special services;
  • If you have luggage to check in, go to the GOL counter, even if you checked in early;
  • If the first leg of the trip is not operated by GOL, check-in must be done directly with the partner operating the flight.

Remember that you must have valid documentation* for the trip, such as a valid passport, visas, and vaccinations if applicable.

*Documentation (including visas and vaccinations) is the responsibility of the passenger. We suggest consulting the embassies of the destination countries so that there are no setbacks.

Note: your boarding pass must contain all parts of the trip. You
You will also only have to check your luggage once and we will do the
transfer between flights. However, it is necessary to verify the procedures of
customs in each destination country and remember that the baggage policies
may differ between airlines, so check before you travel.

*Subject to costs: On flights operated by GOL, your seat will be automatically booked 60 hours before the flight, and you can view it by accessing your reservation. However, if you prefer to choose your seat, you can purchase or change it for an additional cost.
