The transport of beverages in checked baggage will depend on the alcohol content. Remember that permitted beverages can only be checked by individuals over 18 years of age and must be in leak-proof, labeled, and sealed containers. Otherwise, transport may be denied.

Stun guns and electroshock weapons (such as tasers, for example) and items containing explosives, compressed gases, and lithium batteries with a watt-hour rating exceeding 160 Wh are strictly prohibited as carry-on baggage, on the person, or in checked baggage.

Due to operational policy, GOL does not transport: battery-operated products capable of producing extreme heat and having the potential to cause fire if activated. Examples include: laptops, calculators, cell phones, power banks, and others. Check the complete list on the ANAC website.

Electronic cigarettes with batteries and personal vaporizers cannot be carried in checked baggage on any type of flight, whether domestic or international.
Items such as pepper spray, among others, containing irritants or incapacitating substances are prohibited on the body, in checked or carry-on baggage.

With the airline's authorization, each passenger may carry up to two small carbon dioxide cylinders. The cylinders must be placed in a self-inflating life vest and must have a maximum of two replacement cartridges.
For other devices, up to four cartridges with a capacity of up to 28 g are permitted. The cartridges must be packaged in a way that prevents accidental activation.

It is permitted exclusively as checked baggage. The wheelchair – or other motor aid equipped with a spillable battery – must:
- Be able to be charged, stored, secured, and discharged in an upright position;
- Have the battery disconnected, securely attached to the equipment, and with its terminals insulated to prevent accidental short circuits.
Important: If the wheelchair or motor aid cannot be charged, stored, secured, or discharged in an upright position, the battery must be removed. Disconnected batteries must be transported in sturdy, rigid packaging.
It is permitted exclusively as checked baggage. The wheelchair – or other motor aid equipped with a spill-proof battery – must:
- Be checked in with the battery disconnected and its terminals insulated to prevent accidental short circuits;
- Be securely attached to the wheelchair or motor aid.

- Additional batteries must respect the limit of one battery up to 300 Wh or two batteries up to 160 Wh each;
- The battery must be securely attached to the mobility aid, with its terminals protected and circuits isolated.
Important: when possible, the battery should be removed from the mobility aid and stored in the overhead baggage compartment above the seats (bin).
Only one backpack per person is allowed, containing a cartridge of non-toxic and non-flammable compressed gas. The backpack must be packed in such a way that it cannot be accidentally activated. The airbags inside the backpack must be equipped with pressure relief valves.

- Advance purchase of checked baggage allowance is available for customers with reservations on GOL flights (G3).
- Checked baggage allowance purchase is an optional and ancillary service to passenger transportation.
- Baggage purchased in advance is individual and cannot be transferred to another customer.
- Each passenger can purchase checked baggage allowance of 23 kg per piece in advance, not exceeding the limit of 5 pieces per passenger.
- Checked baggage allowance must be used for transporting regular baggage (travel suitcases). Non-standard items with special dimensions and characteristics such as sports equipment, musical instruments, TVs, and monitors must be transported as special baggage.
- As checked baggage, 1 stroller and 1 infant car seat or 1 car seat per lap infant (up to 23 months) are allowed as extra allowance at no charge. Other items will be deducted from the baggage allowance or extra allowance, such as pet transportation, sports equipment, human remains, etc.
- Checked baggage allowance purchase at promotional prices is available through GOL's digital channels and depends on purchase timing – outside the check-in window (more than 48 hours before the flight) and within the check-in window (less than 48 hours before the flight). At the airport counter, regardless of purchase timing, there are no promotional prices.
- If your baggage exceeds 23 kg, a fixed excess fee will be charged according to your destination. The total weight of a single bag cannot exceed 45kg for flights within Brazil and 32 kg for international flights.
- In case of flight changes at the customer's request, the same purchased checked baggage allowance can be used. If the customer changes their leg, they must verify if there are price variations for the checked baggage allowance.
- In case of flight changes (accommodation) by the airline, the company is responsible for offering the same allowances purchased on the original flight for the new flight.
- Product refunds are only allowed for customers with Flex and Premium Economy fares, when requested before departure, through My Trips or Customer Service. For Basic, Light, and Classic fares, refunds are not available.
- Post-flight refunds (no-show) are not allowed, regardless of fare type.
- No miles are earned for purchasing this product.
