Mãe Terra Snacks

Light, nutritious and healthy, Mãe Terra snacks are served to passengers free of charge* on all domestic GOL flights. Made exclusively for GOL passengers, these snacks are 100% organic, made with Brazilian ingredients and come in three versions:

Tribos' Tomato and Basil flavored snacks are made with wholesome ingredients like multiple grains, flaxseed, sesame seeds, herbs and seasonings. They're delicious and low in sodium.

For dessert, there’s the whole grain 4 Brazilian Nuts Mini Cookie Integral with Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, licuri nuts and baru nuts, all of which come from different Brazilian ecosystems, such as the Amazon rainforest, Caatinga shrubland and the Cerrado savannah.

Sabuguito is made especially for children. It's baked, made with natural, organic ingredients and contains no artificial additives. In addition to being healthy, it tastes like delicious sweet corn. GOL is the first airline in Brazil to offer a snack made especially for children.

RIO&SAMPA (CGH-SDU and SDU-CGH):

So you can enjoy your flight even more, now there's Rio&Sampa: our new complimentary onboard service that offers passengers coffee, water, juice, soft drinks, cake, snacks, and a variety of sandwiches.

    Food: Every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

    Mãe Terra Snacks: Every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • RIO&SAMPA – Happy Hour

    To make your experience even more complete, we're now offering complimentary Wessel mini-hamburgers and a beer during our inflight happy hour. This new happy hour onboard service is exclusively for the air shuttle between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo: the Rio&Sampa route.

    Thursday / Friday: From 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

International flights

On all international GOL flights, meals or light meals are complimentary, including vegetarian options and drinks, depending on
the length of the flight.* GOL also provides comfort items like blankets, pillows and dental kits.

Very short international flights

(under 50 minutes)

• Premium Economy Class: Chocolates, an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages upon request, as well as a blanket and pillow.

• Economy Class:
An assortment of non-alcoholic beverages upon request.

 

Short international flights

(50 minutes to 3.5 hours)

• Premium Economy Class: Hot light meal with dessert or fruit, an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including tea and coffee; also a blanket and pillow.

• Economy Class:
Cold light meal and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.

 

Medium-distance international flights

(3.5 to 5 hours)

• Premium Economy Class:
Hot meal with salad, bread, dessert or fruit; an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as drinkable coffee and tea; also a blanket, pillow and dental kit.

• Economy Class:
Cold meal** with bread, dessert or fruit, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee; also a blanket and pillow.

** Flights between Guarulhos and Santiago serve hot meals.

 

Long-distance international flights

(over 5 hours)

• Premium Economy Class: hot sandwich and hot meals with salad, bread, dessert or fruit; an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, such as drinkable coffee and tea; also a blanket, pillow and dental kit.

• Economy Class:
Hot meal, cold light meal, accompanied by salad, bread, dessert or fruit, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee; also a blanket and pillow.
