Phased maintenance
Another important innovation was the phased maintenance process, which is the daily review of aircraft, performed before the first flight. This prevents them from standing still for more than five days, a common procedure in traditional maintenance.

E-ticket
GOL revolutionized Brazilian commercial aviation by eliminating the issuance of traditional paper tickets and introducing the reservation code (locator). This made life easier for customers and guaranteed a reduction in ticket prices.
