New Uniforms
As part of its 19th anniversary celebration, GOL launches the new uniforms signed by Alexandre Herchcovitch. Based on diversity, the creation process involved the direct participation of 150 collaborators, and a total of 70 items were designed, including clothing, footwear and accessories.
Launch of CHEGOL
GOLLOG launches a new service, CHEGOL, which combines speed, practicality and simplicity, for shipments of up to 5 kg, such as clothing, books, electronics, fitness, cosmetics, footwear and accessories.

Pounds on board
The new feature provides a translation in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) on board GOL aircraft. In the service, which is provided through an application available on the flight attendants' tablet, it is possible to translate digital content (text, audio or video) into Libras, facilitating communication on board.
IEnvA Certificate
GOL obtained the IENVa certificate - IATA Environmental Assessment or IATA Environmental Assessment. The proof is granted by the International Air Transport Association and places GOL in a select list of 13 global airlines that hold this certification, being the only Brazilian company on the list.
Max's return
GOL is the first airline in the world to return the Boeing 737-MAX model to fly after its release. This return represents the beginning of the fleet renewal, with the most modern and efficient aircraft in the world.

Einstein - Quality and Safety Standard
GOL Linhas Aéreas announced a partnership with Einstein to map, evaluate, restructure and certify, through the Einstein Quality and Safety Standard COVID-19 seal, the safety and health protocols adopted by the airline, on board and at airports. GOL will be the first airline in the country to have the seal on its environments and aircraft.
