#WifiPrimeiroNaGOL - 1st commercial flight with Wi-Fi

Seeking to innovate once again, GOL carried out the first commercial flight in South America with Wi-Fi. To announce the news and mark the occasion, the company's president, Paulo Kakinoff, made the first live Facebook broadcast to the country, directly from a commercial flight with internet on board. This historic flight took off from Congonhas on 04/10/16 at 10:45 to Brasilia.

With it, customers can access movies, series and more for free via streaming, directly from their mobile devices - such as smartphones, tablets or notebooks. To offer an ever better experience for customers, GOL inaugurates the domestic and international GOL Premium Lounge. GOL is the only Brazilian airline to offer modern and comfortable environments, with a wide range of products and services. Among the various conveniences offered are the work stations, the bar with several drink options and the buffet with a diversified menu. The lounges are available to passengers waiting for boarding at Galeão Airport in Rio de Janeiro and Guarulhos Airport in São Paulo.

Eco-leather seat

GOL offers the first aircraft with eco-leather seats in its operation. With a new look and more comfort for passengers, the new coatings were implemented throughout the fleet. In addition to being more resistant, the eco-leather seat reduces production, maintenance and fuel costs, as the aircraft becomes lighter, resulting in a reduction in CO2 emissions.
