For us, valuing people, complying with rules and regulations, and the constant pursuit of development are fundamental. Therefore, GOL invests in education and actions that strengthen the principles of our Culture.
Our Culture of Integrity is the guiding thread of our actions and should guide all our attitudes. Raising awareness among all Company Members about Compliance issues is key to maintaining and developing this Culture. Periodic materials are developed to help familiarize our members with Compliance topics. These Trainings and Communications aim to reach all GOL Members and, in this sense, we conduct training for everyone, regardless of position or function, including members of Senior Management.
With the launch of the "Rumo Certo – Ética e Compliance" (Right Path – Ethics and Compliance) Program in 2018, GOL developed a series of videos aimed at all employees, so that everyone in our company is aligned on which paths to choose and can contribute to our Culture of Integrity.
The videos are divided by themes and, through a simple narrative, address topics related to Compliance, provoking reflection on how we should act in our work relationships and also in society. The online training is available in all countries where we operate, in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. In addition to online training, the area holds in-person meetings, both at the request of other areas and after identifying areas with higher exposure or sensitive processes for Compliance. In these cases, presentations are given by Compliance team members in practical and interactive workshop formats, allowing for exchanges with the areas involved and clarification of doubts, as well as fostering closer relationships between those involved.
