What documents are accepted for Brazilian passengers aged 18 and over?
- Original Identity Card (ID) or certified copy
- Passport
- National Driver's License (physical model with photograph);
- DNI (National Identity Document);
- The CNH-e (National Electronic Driver's License) is now accepted when boarding passengers on domestic routes. To be a valid document, your information must be compatible with the information on your boarding pass. The document must be presented within the “CNH Digital” application itself on the passenger's cell phone ;
- Electronic Voter Registration (with civil name or social name), provided that it contains a photo;
- Identity card issued by a professional council or federation, with a photograph and public faith throughout the national territory.
- Identity cards issued by the Judiciary or Legislative Branch, at the federal or state level, and also identity cards issued by the ministry or body subordinate to the Presidency of the Republic, including the Ministry of Defense and the Aeronautical, Navy and Army Commands;
- If one of these documents has been stolen, stolen or misplaced, the customer can submit the Police Report (B.O.). The validity period of the B.O. is the responsibility of the public safety authorities .
Attention:
Documents accepted electronically must be submitted within the application where they are made available. Screenshots and/or prints are not valid for boarding.
How does boarding with a registered name work?
- You can submit documents that contain both your civil name (registered on your date of birth) and your social name (the name by which your gender identity is socially recognized).
- To board, the name on your reservation must be identical to one of the two names described on your identification document (civil or social).
Brazilian passengers between 12 and 18 incomplete years of age can travel by plane with which documents?
- Passport;
- Original Identity Card (ID) or certified copy;
- Work License (valid for domestic trips for passengers aged 16 and over);

Documents valid for foreigners traveling by plane in Brazil:
- Foreign Passport, within the validity period;
- National Migration Registration Card (CRNM), Foreign Identity Card (CIE), National Foreign Registry (RNE), in compliance with international agreements signed by Brazil;
- Diplomatic and Consular Identities;
- Refuge Request Protocol (Law 9,474/97) - Issued by the Federal Police.
- National Migration Registration Protocol of the Federal Police — SISMIGRA;
- Original identity card or passport within the validity period (if you are a citizen of a full member country or associated state of Mercosur).
If you are a foreigner from a country outside Mercosur (and you are also not from an Associated State), you must present your passport.
- If one of these documents has been stolen, stolen or misplaced, the customer can submit the Police Report (B.O.). The validity period of the B.O. is the responsibility of the public safety authorities (it will only be valid for domestic flights) .
Important:
all documents must be within the validity period, with the exception of the RNE for the elderly over 60.
