1. For flights operated by Partner Airlines: seat purchase and/or reservation are subject to Partner Airline’s own rules and conditions, and seat selection must be completed through their respective channels.

For flights operated by GOL: Seats are assigned automatically and at random. To select a seat, a Fee applies. For fares that include seat selection, an Economy seat may be selected free of charge. Passengers traveling on Premium Economy or Business fares on International flights are entitled to complimentary Standard/Economy seat selection on segments with a Domestic connection.

Passengers traveling on Premium Economy or Business fares on International flights are entitled to complimentary GOL+ Conforto or Comfort seat selection on segments with a Domestic connection - Available only on flights operated by GOL.

Passengers traveling on Business fares on International flights are entitled to complimentary Premium seat selection on segments with an International connection - Available only on flights operated by GOL on narrow-body aircraft.

Business Class seats are available only on flights operated with wide-body aircraft.

With the new rule, it is possible to accumulate a maximum of 60,000 redeemable miles per segment.

Important Information

Amounts quoted in US dollars will be converted into purchase currency based on the exchange rate applicable on the date of the transaction (purchase or rebooking).

Please review the change and refund rules applicable to each fare for both domestic and international flights.

Children aged 2 to under 12 pay the same fare as an adult passenger.

Infants aged 0 to under 2 pay 10% of the adult fare for the air ticket and travel on the lap of the responsible adult. Please check additional details regarding infant travel.

Air tickets may be canceled and refunded free of charge if requested within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase confirmation, provided the purchase was made at least 7 days prior to the departure date.

On international flights with connections, cabin classes may vary by segment.

Boarding Fee

This is the amount charged by the airport authority or operator for the use of its infrastructure and services (boarding areas, immigration services), which is included in the total ticket price together with the fare. Some countries may also apply local taxes or charges, which may represent up to 10% of the fare, such as the reciprocity Fee charged by the Chilean government to U.S. passengers, for example.
