1. On flights operated by GOL, the weight limit is 12 kg. On flights operated by Avianca, the limit is 10 kg.
2. On flights operated by GOL, Business Fares include two pieces of checked baggage of up to 23 kg each. On flights operated by Avianca, they include two pieces of up to 32 kg each.
3. For flights operated by Partner Airlines: seat purchase and/or reservation are subject to Partner Airline’s own rules and conditions, and seat selection must be completed through their respective channels.
For flights operated by GOL: seats are assigned automatically and at random. To select a seat, a Fee applies. For fares that include seat selection, an Economy seat may be selected free of charge. Passengers traveling on Premium Economy or Business fares on International flights are entitled to complimentary Standard/Economy seat selection on segments with a Domestic connection.
4. Passengers traveling on Premium Economy or Business fares on International flights are entitled to complimentary GOL+ Conforto or Comfort seat selection on segments with a Domestic connection - Available only on flights operated by GOL.
5. Passengers traveling on Business fares on International flights are entitled to complimentary Premium seat selection on segments with an International connection - Available only on flights operated by GOL on narrow-body aircraft.
6. Business Class seat available only on GOL-operated flights using wide-body aircraft.
7. The GOL Smiles Lounge is available to travelers departing from São Paulo–Guarulhos and Rio de Janeiro–Galeão airports. Please check all GOL Smiles Lounge access rules.
8. Subject to availability and limited to one same-day advance change per ticket. Allowed for any time on the day of departure — available only on GOL-operated flights.
9. In the case of changes made before departure, airport fees may be reused across all fares.
Light Fares
International Flights to/from Europe: USD 250.00 or 100% of the fare (whichever is lower) + any fare difference for the new flight (if any). All Other International Flights: USD 220.00 or 100% of the fare (whichever is lower) + any fare difference for the new flight (if any). Changes after departure are not permitted for any fare.
Classic and Business Classic Fares
International Flights to/from Europe: USD 215.00 or 100% of the fare (whichever is lower) + any fare difference for the new flight (if any). All Other International Flights: USD 200.00 or 100% of the fare (whichever is lower) + any fare difference for the new flight (if any). Changes after departure are not permitted for any fare.
Airport fees may be refunded for all fares, even after a missed flight. When available, refunds are processed in full and without Fees. Please review the change and refund rules applicable to each fare for domestic and international flights.
Children aged 2 to under 12 years old pay the same fare as an adult passenger.
Infants aged 0 to under 2 years old pay 10% of the adult fare for the air ticket and travel on the lap of the accompanying responsible adult. Please check additional details regarding infant boarding.
10. The air ticket may be canceled and refunded free of charge if requested within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase confirmation, provided the purchase was made at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
On international flights with connections, cabin classes may vary by segment.
