Service
The assistance ensures that customers using the service will be accompanied at all stages of their trip, including in cases of flight delays. The child or adolescent remains under the constant supervision of the airport and cabin crew, but the accompaniment is not exclusive. At boarding time, they are greeted and escorted to the aircraft. On the plane, they are seated and remain under the responsibility of the cabin chief. Upon arrival at the destination, a member of the GOL Airport team accompanies our customer to a designated person at the arrival airport.
