To request special services, contact the customer service center
of each airline operating the flight segments. Note:
Some services may not be available on partner flights with another airline;
please consult the customer service center.

Requests for assistance for passengers with special needs must be made when booking the ticket or at least 72 hours before departure. For flights originating in Brazil, requests for special assistance, such as wheelchairs, can be made at least 48 hours before departure.

Unaccompanied Minors
Children under 16 years of age cannot travel unaccompanied.

Infants
Infants up to 1 year and 11 months pay 10% of the adult fare but must travel on the lap of a responsible adult over 18 years of age. Only one lap infant is permitted per customer.

Pregnant women
See below for guidelines for pregnant women traveling with KLM:

• Less than 30 weeks pregnant: Visit your doctor and confirm that air travel is appropriate for your general health.
• More than 30 weeks pregnant or at risk (at any time): Written authorization from your doctor is required. Present this certificate at check-in.

The certificate must provide written authorization for your travel, taking into account your flight destination and the duration of your trip. You will be asked to fill out a form at check-in.
