For trips where the first leg is operated by a GOL flight, check-in can be done through digital channels (APP or website www.voegol.com.br) 24 hours before the international flight, or at the GOL counter at the airport and kiosk/totem on the day of departure.
If TAAG is the operator of the first leg of the trip, check-in can be done at the TAAG counter or through the website: www.taag.com/.
Attention! To check in through digital channels, you must:
- Be within the check-in time;
- The first leg must be operated by GOL, regardless of where the ticket was issued;
- Only for adult passengers;
- The reservation cannot have special services;
- If you have baggage to check in, go to the GOL counter, even if check-in was done in advance;
- If the first leg of the trip is not operated by GOL, check-in must be done directly with the partner airline operating the flight.
Remember that you need to have valid documentation* for the trip, such as a valid passport, visas, and vaccinations if applicable.
*Documentation (including visas and vaccinations) is the passenger's responsibility. We suggest consulting the embassies of the destination countries to avoid any problems.
Note: Your boarding pass should contain all segments of the trip. You will also only need to check in your baggage once, and we will transfer it between flights. However, it is necessary to check the customs procedures of each destination country and remember that baggage policies may differ between airlines, so check before traveling.
If you prefer to choose your seat:
Seat selection on GOL flights must be done via the website, APP and/or call center and/or at the airport on the day of departure.
