Check-in
For trips where the first leg is operated by a GOL flight, check-in can be done through the digital channels APP or website www.voegol.com.br
www.voegol.com.br 24 hours before the international flight, or at the GOL counter at the airport and kiosk/totem on the day of departure.
If South African Airways is the operator of the first leg of the trip, check-in can be done at the South African Airways counter or through the website: https://www.flysaa.com/.
Attention! To check in through digital channels, it is necessary to:
- Be within check-in hours;
- The first leg of the trip must be operated by GOL, regardless of where the ticket was issued;
- For adult passengers only;
- The reservation cannot include special services;
- If you have baggage to check, go to the GOL counter, even if you checked in in advance;
- If the first leg of the trip is not operated by GOL, check-in must be done directly with the partner airline operating the flight.
Remember that you need to have valid travel documentation*, such as a valid passport, visas, and vaccinations if applicable.
*Documentation (including visas and vaccinations) is the passenger's responsibility. We suggest consulting the embassies of the destination countries to avoid any problems.
*It is mandatory to present the International Certificate of Vaccination against Yellow Fever issued at least 10 days prior to travel. The certificate must be presented in physical (printed) form and be signed. To obtain the certificate, access Meu SUS Digital through the link https://meususdigital.saude.gov.br/
Note: Your boarding pass must contain all segments of your trip. You will only need to check your baggage once, and we will handle the transfer between flights. However, it is necessary to check the customs procedures of each destination country, and remember that baggage policies may differ between airlines, so check before traveling.
