When accessing the menu, click on “check-in”.

Choose the option you prefer to start your check-in: Booking reference (reservation code), Smiles number, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), passport, or e-ticket.

Fill in the information according to the option selected previously and click "continue".

Select the passenger and click "continue".

Confirm the passenger's nationality and click "continue".

Select the document for shipment and click "continue".

Enter the shipping document details and click "continue".

Enter the passenger's date of birth and click "continue".

Choose the loyalty program, if applicable, and click "continue".

Enter your mobile phone number and click "continue".

Enter your email address and click "continue".

Enter your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and click "continue".

Enter an emergency contact, if desired, and click "continue".

You have the option to purchase baggage allowance through the kiosks; if you wish, click "yes," and if you do not wish to, click "no." If you wish to purchase a baggage allowance, you will be directed to a screen to choose the number of bags and make the payment.

After the baggage claim process, you will be directed to the seat selection screen. Select your desired seat and click "continue".
