Check-in
For trips where the first leg is operated by a GOL flight, check-in can be done through the digital channels (app or website www.voegol.com.br), 24 hours before the international flight, or at the GOL counter at the airport and kiosk/totem on the day of departure.
If Air Canada is operating the first leg of the trip, check-in can be done either at the Air Canada counter or through the website: www.aircanada.com.br/.
Attention! To check-in through digital channels, you must:
- Be within the check-in time;
- The first leg must be operated by GOL, regardless of where the ticket was issued;
- For adult passengers only;
- The reservation cannot include special services;
- If you have baggage to check in, go to the GOL counter, even if you checked in in advance;
- If the first leg of your trip is not operated by GOL, check-in must be done directly with the flight's operating partner.
Remember that you must have valid documentation* for the trip, such as a valid passport, visas, and vaccinations, if applicable.
To check your baggage, go to the first carrier's service counters.
*Documentation (including visas and vaccinations) is the passenger's responsibility. We recommend checking with the embassies of your destination countries to avoid any problems.
Note: Your boarding pass must include all legs of your trip. You also only need to check your baggage once, and we will transfer it between flights. However, it is important to check the customs procedures of each destination country and remember that baggage policies may differ between airlines, so check before traveling.
