1. Seats are assigned automatically and randomly. To select your seat, a fee applies. For fares that include seat selection, you can choose a standart seat for free.
2. GOL Smiles Lounge is available for travelers departing from Guarulhos Airport in São Paulo and Galeão Airport in Rio de Janeiro. Check out all GOL Smiles Lounge access rules.
3. Only on flights over 1 hour, excluding shuttle flights.
4. Subject to availability and limited to one change per ticket. Allowed for any time on the day of the flight.
5. For pre-departure changes, boarding fees can be reused on all fares. Post-departure changes are not allowed on any fare.
6. The number of miles earned varies by Smiles category:
Smiles: R$ 1 = 1 Smiles mile;
Silver: R$ 1 = 2 Smiles miles;
Gold: R$ 1 = 3 Smiles miles and
Diamond: R$ 1 = 4 Smiles miles.

Children ages 2 to 11 pay the same fare as adults.
Lap infants, ages 0 to 23 months, fly free. They travel at no charge on the lap of a responsible adult. Check more details about traveling with children.
Your ticket can be canceled and refunded at no cost if requested within 24 hours of receiving your purchase confirmation and as long as the purchase was made at least 7 days before the departure date.
Boarding fee
This is the fee charged by the airport authority or operator for use of their infrastructure and services (departure lounges, immigration services), which is included in the total cost of your airfare along with the base fare. Some countries may also apply local taxes or fees, which can represent up to 10% of your fare, such as the reciprocity fee charged by Chile to U.S. passengers, for example.
