The guaranteed fare is a service designed for those who are still deciding on the details of their trip and need a little extra time to research and secure the best prices or decide on the exact date of their flight.

How it works

Simply pay a small fee starting from R$ 34.00 per passenger and secure the fare you found for 48 hours.

This gives you time and peace of mind to find out if the hotel you want will be available, if you'll have time off on the scheduled day, or if that special person can go with you.

Attention: After 48 hours, the amount paid for the Guaranteed Fare service is not refunded, regardless of whether the tickets are purchased or the reserved offers are cancelled. To learn more, please read the terms of use.

Make the reservation payment

After choosing the fare, make the payment of the fee, which is charged according to the number of passengers. The reservation is individual, therefore, valid only for one passenger.

Plan your trip in up to 48 hours

After making the payment, your offer reservation is guaranteed for up to 48 hours. Take this time to better plan your trip, without worrying about losing the price you found.

Once your trip is fully planned, within 48 hours, access My Trips and complete the purchase of your tickets.

  • This service allows you to put a fare on hold for 48 hours. To ensure that your ticket is issued, you must pay the fare that was placed on hold in full within 48 hours.
  • If full payment is not made within the 48-hour period, the hold will be canceled, and the fare will no longer be guaranteed.
  • The Guaranteed Fare service is charged per passenger.
  • Cancellation of the service is not allowed. The amount paid for this service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once the hold is placed and the payment verified, you will not be able to make any changes.
  • The 48-hour hold period will start once the payment for the service has been verified.
  • This service is only available to passengers flying with GOL (G3). A hold can be placed on a fare found on GOL's website up to 48 hours before departure.
  • The payment for this service will not be considered as part of the ticket price.
  • No miles will be accrued from the payment for this service.
  • Diamond customers have up to 5 complimentary credits to freeze GOL flight prices. If the reservation includes more than one passenger, the benefit will be applied to each person, using 1 (one) credit per passenger.
