This service allows you to put a fare on hold for 48 hours. To ensure that your ticket is issued, you must pay the fare that was placed on hold in full within 48 hours.
If full payment is not made within the 48-hour period, the hold will be canceled, and the fare will no longer be guaranteed.
The Guaranteed Fare service is charged per passenger.
Cancellation of the service is not allowed. The amount paid for this service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once the hold is placed and the payment verified, you will not be able to make any changes.
The 48-hour hold period will start once the payment for the service has been verified.
This service is only available to passengers flying with GOL (G3). A hold can be placed on a fare found on GOL's website up to 48 hours before departure.
The payment for this service will not be considered as part of the ticket price.
No miles will be accrued from the payment for this service.
Smiles Diamond and Smiles Magno customers have up to 5 complimentary credits to freeze GOL flight prices. If the reservation includes more than one passenger, the benefit will be applied to each person, using 1 (one) credit per passenger.
