Corporate Responsibility
At GOL, connecting people and opportunities goes beyond just flying. Integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into our decisions is one of our commitments.

ESG integrated into GOL's strategy
We operate with a continuous focus on operational efficiency, safety, and responsible impact management so that the pillars: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) are at the center of our long-term strategic planning.

E
Environmental
We recognize the relationship between our operations and the environment. Therefore, we have actions to manage our environmental impacts and have established an environmental policy for the GOL Group that guides both our operations and the activities of suppliers and commercial partners, aligned with the objectives and guidelines of Abra and its controlled companies.

Environmental Management System
Our management is structured based on an Environmental Management System (EMS) composed of four pillars:

Environmental management
We set criteria to comply with national and international environmental requirements, reduce operational impacts, and use resources responsibly. We also promote waste reduction, reuse, and recycling and collaborate with aviation on ESG initiatives.

Operational efficiency
We invest in fleet renewal with aircraft that consume less fuel and also implement fuel efficiency programs recognized as industry benchmarks. We strive to work in an integrated way to identify operational efficiency gains.

Climate change
We monitor and analyze greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through a carbon inventory to propose mitigation measures focused on reducing emission intensity according to the statistics we track.

Biodiversity
We assess the impacts of our operations to identify and promote actions for biodiversity preservation, support activities related to wildlife risk management, and contribute to combating wildlife trafficking.
The Environmental Management System (EMS) has a consolidated structure and governance, evidenced by the IEnvA (IATA Environmental Assessment) certification, based on international best practices and ISO 14001 requirements. The certification covers Flight Operations and Corporate Buildings, reinforcing GOL Group's commitment to legal compliance and environmental impact monitoring.

S
Social
We believe that connecting people goes far beyond transporting them from one place to another. Our simple, human, and intelligent essence guides how we turn this purpose into reality, strengthening our relationships and driving a company that is increasingly inclusive, innovative, and attuned to society's needs.
By placing people at the center of our strategy, we build relationships of trust, respect, and collaboration. We advance in building the best airline to travel with, work for, and invest in, connecting people and transforming lives. Through the GOL Institute and partnerships with civil society organizations, we support initiatives in education, social inclusion, community development, and opportunity creation, expanding our positive impact in the communities where we operate.

G
Governança
Our actions are based on ethics, transparency, and responsibility. The governance structure is one of the pillars that supports consistent decisions, business oversight, and the integration of economic, environmental, and social issues into company management. We have policies, controls, and processes that support risk management, compliance, and accountability, as well as follow market best practices.
As part of the Abra Group, we continue integrating governance practices, strengthening a culture of compliance and sustainability to improve our management processes and address the challenges and opportunities of a constantly evolving sector.
Corporate Responsibility Report
