GOL AIRPASSES
THE MOST PRACTICAL AND ECONOMIC WAY TO FLY.
1. APPLICATION
Valid only for travel on GOL (G3) flights, in Economy Class and on any aircraft operated by GOL (G3). The Airpass itinerary must contain between 4 and 9 coupons, including at least 2 international segments with origin and destination in Brazil and 2 domestic segments within Brazil.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Eligible for foreign nationals and Brazilian citizens residing outside Brazil who hold a round-trip international ticket originating outside Brazil and traveling to any city in Brazil.
- Proof of residence abroad is required for boarding.
- International travel must be on GOL (G3) flights or on any interline partner airline with which GOL (G3) has a MITA (Multilateral Interline Traffic Agreement).
- Round-trip international tickets may include tickets issued through loyalty programs.
- ID (Industry Discount), AD (Agent Discount), and complimentary tickets are not valid for the Airpass.

4. CHILD/INFANT FARES
- Children: no discounts apply; the adult fare applies.
- Infants under 2 years old pay 10% (ten percent) of the applicable adult
fare.
5. APPLICATION PERIODS
No restrictions on the travel period.
6. MINIMUM/MAXIMUM STAY
- Minimum stay: No restrictions.
- Maximum stay: 90 days after the departure of the first flight segment.
7. STOPOVERS AND CONNECTIONS
- Each destination included in the itinerary (flight with a stop) is considered a stopover when the scheduled stop is more than 24 hours on international flights or up to 6 hours on domestic flights.
- The maximum number of stopovers permitted is determined by the total number of fare coupons.
- A maximum of 2 connections per flight segment is permitted, and they must be at the same airport.
- Stopovers involving an airport change within the same city are not permitted.
- Flight segments with connections are considered a single coupon, provided that the ground time between flights does not exceed 6 hours for domestic connections or 24 hours for international connections. Otherwise, the segments will be considered stopovers.
- Ground transportation does not count as a coupon.
08. TICKETS
- The Airpass may only be sold and issued outside Brazil.
- Flights must be issued on G3 (127) tickets or on tickets from any interline partner airline of GOL (G3), according to the application of the Airpass.
- Tickets cannot be purchased through loyalty programs or with miles. Only 01 (one) Airpass may be issued per passenger.
- The Airpass ticket must be issued exclusively for Airpass segments and separately from the international ticket.
- Tickets are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be transferred to another person.
- The international ticket number must be included in the endorsement field of the ticket as follows: “IN CNX TKT 1112222333333”
- Applicable fees (boarding fee, security fee, and additional fees) must be charged at the time of Airpass ticket issuance.
09. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
- Before departure: unused ticket is refundable with a cancellation fee of USD 100.00.
- After departure: partially used ticket (having flown one or more coupons) becomes ineligible for refund.
- Infants (0 to 23 months): are exempt from fees before and after departure.
10. DATE CHANGE
Before the scheduled flight departure:
- Charge of USD 30.00 for each changed flight, provided that the fare and Booking class are maintained.
After the scheduled flight departure/no show:
- Changes are allowed only within the validity of the ticket.
- Changes are allowed as long as the fare and Booking class are maintained. If the Booking class is changed on any flight segment, the entire itinerary will be repriced.
- Before the flight departure: charge of USD 30.00 for each changed segment as long as the fare and Booking class are maintained.
- After the flight departure: fee of USD 100.00 for each segment where there was no boarding presentation, as long as the fare and Booking class are maintained.
- Children: no discounts apply. They pay the same penalty amount as adults.
- Infants (0 to 23 months): no fees apply for changing the ticket.
11. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE/EXCESS BAGGAGE
Baggage allowance:
- The baggage allowance for Airpass segments is the same as that for international travel.
- Two pieces of baggage weighing up to 23 kg each are allowed free of charge, with maximum dimensions of 80 × 50 × 28 cm per piece.

12. MILES ACCUMULATION
The Airpass is eligible to accumulate miles in the Smiles program or in other associated loyalty programs that have an agreement with GOL (G3). For more details about the Smiles program, visit www.smiles.com.br.
