We improved your GOL experience on Alexa, bringing new features! Just ask and you will know the status of your flight, in addition to asking frequently asked questions about various topics, including: luggage, check-in, documents, Smiles loyalty program and much more.

Start using the skill:

1. Download your Alexa Amazon app for Android or iOS and tap the three scratches in the lower right corner.

2. Select Skills and Games.

3. Look for the GOL Linhas Aéreas skill.

4. Select and then click start. Grant the necessary permissions.

Ready! Now just say “Alexa, open GOL Linhas Aéreas” and enjoy this incredible experience.
