- The "Voe Junto" (Fly Together) escort service is available to customers who have purchased it. Purchase is mandatory for customers aged 8 to 15 (inclusive).
- This service does not replace the need for an escort for passengers who require one due to legal or medical requirements.
- Purchasing "Voe Junto" does not exempt the passenger from presenting the documents required by the airline for boarding authorization. For more details, please consult the "Information for traveling with infants and minors" page.
- GOL staff members are responsible for escorting the passenger to the aircraft; during the flight, the passenger remains under the care of the cabin manager. Upon arrival, a member of the GOL airport team meets and escorts the passenger to the authorized guardian; please note that the escort is not a dedicated or exclusive staff member. Additionally, the child or adolescent's guardian must remain at the airport until the flight's departure is confirmed.
- In the event of operational issues—such as flight cancellations or delays—that may impact the customer's journey, GOL will contact the guardian designated at the time of purchase to determine the best travel arrangements. If a flight change is required, our team will provide full support and assist the passenger until the journey is completed.
- The service is not available for flights involving connections or stopovers.
