Special meals​​​​​​​

On flights operated by twin-aisle Airbus A330 aircraft between Rio de Janeiro (GIG) and New York (JFK) or Rio de Janeiro (GIG) and Lisbon (LIS), it is possible to request special meals.

The request must be made through the GOL Customer Service Center, by phone at 0300 115 2121, up to 48 hours before the flight.

Special meal options may vary according to the flight.

On flights originating from and destined to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) to New York (JFK) and Lisbon (LIS), the following are available:

  • Gluten-free
  • Baby meal
  • Child meal
  • Vegan

On other international flights operated by Boeing aircraft, only the gluten-free option is available.

For travelers without dietary preferences, we offer meals prepared with varied ingredients, subject to availability on each flight.

On flights operated by twin-aisle Airbus A330 aircraft between Rio de Janeiro (GIG) and New York (JFK), and between Rio de Janeiro (GIG) and Lisbon (LIS), child or baby meals are available. The request must be made through the GOL Customer Service Center, by phone: 0300 115 2121, respecting the minimum deadline to request up to 48 hours before the flight departure time.

GOL does not offer meal service for babies up to 2 years old and children on domestic and international flights operated by single-aisle Boeing aircraft.

Meals offered on board may contain allergens such as nuts, milk, soy, seafood, among others. We emphasize that it is not possible to guarantee the absence of allergens or traces of allergens.

We recommend that travelers with food allergies consult a doctor and nutritionist before traveling, and carry on board in a small suitcase, purse, or backpack the indicated medications for potential allergic reactions and know which ingredients to avoid.

In cases of severe allergies, it is important to inform the crew during boarding.
