Check out this example about refunds:
The table shows R$400 or 100%, whichever is less. If you paid R$200 for one leg (e.g., one-way), the full amount is charged, but if you paid R$500 (e.g., one-way), the R$400 fee is charged. If you have a round-trip, the charge is per leg and per passenger.

GOL Credit Refund:
After the cancellation fee has been applied, if you choose to receive the residual amount in GOL credits, the amount will be made available in your GOL account. The credit is released quickly, allowing you to plan your next trip. It is valid for up to 12 months (see applicable conditions) and is recommended for those who already intend to fly again. You must be logged in to your GOL account to receive the credit.

Refund to original payment method:
After the cancellation fee has been applied, you will receive a refund of the remaining amount to your original payment method. Refunds made via Pix or debit will be credited to the bank account within 7 days. Credit card refunds will also be requested and processed within 7 days, but processing time may vary depending on the card type.

How to choose?

If you plan to fly with GOL again, crediting your flight can be more convenient and faster. You can purchase new tickets and services for yourself or someone else. Refunds are recommended for those who prefer immediate financial returns, even if the timeframe for receipt is longer.

After cancellation and a refund request, GOL returns the amount to your credit card company within 7 days, minus fees, regardless of the payment method. The company then charges your invoice. After the 7-day period, we consider the timeframe established by the card company. For international refunds, the timeframe is 30 days. Some airlines continue to charge and refund the amount to your invoice, while others cancel the charge as soon as they receive information from GOL. If you have any questions, contact your card company.

Boarding tax
Boarding fees are refundable and are not included in the calculation of fines or penalties.

Reimbursement of services

Services purchased for travel on Flex and Premium Economy fares are eligible for refunds if requested before the flight. Refunds are not permitted after the flight.

If the airline ticket is purchased at least 7 days in advance of the departure date, the passenger may cancel the purchase free of charge, provided they request cancellation within 24 hours of receiving the receipt. For purchases made less than 7 days in advance or after this 24-hour period, the passenger may choose cancellation, credit, or refund, subject to penalties according to the fare rules.
