Which routes have access to the GOL Online platform?

 

Currently, all routes offer GOL Online; however, it's important to check the system's availability for your flight.

Do the seats on airplanes have power outlets and USB ports?

 

Yes, most of our fleet has power outlets and USB ports in the seats. We are continuously working to expand this infrastructure to all aircraft.

I purchased an internet package, but I've had problems and haven't been able to use the service. What should I do?

In case of any eventuality while using the package (unstable connection, duplicate payment, among others):
If you are on one of our aircraft: Access the "Help" center through the GOL Online portal and send a message via Chat. The agents will help you solve the problem.

Can internet packages be used on 2 devices simultaneously?

 

Simultaneous use is not permitted; however, it is possible to switch between devices. It is not possible to use the card on different segments of the journey if the passenger is connecting; in these cases, a separate package must be purchased for each flight.

Do I need to download an app to play movies, series, and live TV?

 

No. The GOL Online portal will work in your usual internet browser; you will not need to download an application to use it.

When can I purchase internet packages? What payment methods are accepted?
On board our aircraft. For now, it is not possible to purchase packages before the flight. Payment can be made using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Elo credit cards. Cash payment is not accepted.
How can I cancel my monthly GOL Online subscription?

Customers who have already subscribed to the GOL Online monthly package can request cancellation at any time through Intelsat's support channels:
