GOL SMILES Credit Card Terms and Conditions
This product is promoted by GOL LINHAS AÉREAS S.A., a corporation duly incorporated in the country, registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 07.575.651/0037-60, with its headquarters at Alameda Rio Negro, No. 585, Edifício Padauiri, Bloco B, 2nd floor, units 21 and 22 – Part A, Alphaville, Zip Code 06454-000, in the City of Barueri, State of São Paulo, hereinafter referred to simply as “GOL”.
I – PURCHASE RULES
1. An individual residing and domiciled in Brazil who is eligible for the GOL Smiles Credit Card (“Product”) will—upon requesting and unlocking the card and paying the respective invoices—accrue Smiles Miles directly into their Smiles Account (“Participant”).
1.1. The credit analysis and subsequent approval for the GOL Smiles Credit Card, as well as its delivery, are the sole responsibility of the Partner Bank issuing the card (“Issuing Bank”). The Issuing Banks are: Banco do Brasil S.A., Banco Bradesco S.A., and Banco Santander S.A.
1.2. GOL assumes no responsibility for the dispatch of the credit card (physical card) or the corresponding PIN, the potential non-approval by the Issuing Bank, or the waiver of the annual fee. Any and all matters regarding delays in the delivery of the aforementioned items and/or the settlement of outstanding amounts must be addressed directly by the Participant with the Issuing Bank.
2. If an individual wishing to apply for the GOL Smiles Credit Card is not a participant in the Smiles Program, the Issuing Bank will perform a pre-registration; the participant must then complete this registration on the Smiles Program website or app by providing the following personal data: (i) CPF number; (ii) full name; (iii) date of birth; (iv) email address; and (v) full address. By completing their registration for the Smiles Program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Smiles Program Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
3. The automatic allocation of Smiles Miles to the Participant's Smiles Account is referred to as the “accumulation of Smiles Miles.” To accumulate Smiles Miles, it is not necessary to transfer points from the Issuing Bank to the Smiles Account; simply making the regular payment on the corresponding GOL Smiles Credit Card bill is sufficient for the Smiles Miles to be credited to the Smiles Account.
3.1. Payment of the GOL Smiles Credit Card annual fee may be made in up to four (4) installments, in accordance with the issuing bank's rules.
3.1.1. The annual fee for GOL Smiles credit cards issued exclusively by the partner Banco Santander S.A. may be paid in up to 12 (twelve) installments, in accordance with the issuing bank's rules.
3.2. Smiles miles accrual can take the form of: (i) acquisition bonuses; (ii) renewal bonuses; or (iii) miles earned on purchases made with the GOL Smiles Credit Card.
3.2.1. "Acquisition bonus" refers to the bonus in Smiles Miles resulting from obtaining a GOL Smiles Credit Card, which may vary based on: (i) the Gold, Platinum, or Infinite variant of the credit card; (ii) whether or not the Participant has an active Clube Smiles membership; and (iii) whether or not the Participant belongs to the Diamond or Magno Category.
3.2.2. "Renewal bonus" refers to the bonus in Smiles Miles resulting from the annual renewal of an active GOL Smiles credit card, subject to regular payment of invoices over 12-month periods; this bonus may vary based on: (i) the credit card variant (International, Gold, Platinum, or Infinite); (ii) whether or not the Participant has an active Clube Smiles membership; and (iii) whether or not the Participant holds Diamond or Magno status.
3.2.3. "Acquisition bonuses" and "renewal bonuses" are granted by the Issuing Bank upon payment of the GOL Smiles Credit Card annual fee, which may be paid in up to 12 (twelve) installments, in accordance with the Issuing Bank's rules.
3.2.4. "Acquisition bonuses" and "renewal bonuses" are credited upon payment of each annual fee installment and may be made available in the Participant's Smiles Account within 30 (thirty) calendar days of said payment, in accordance with the Issuing Bank's rules.
3.2.5. The Issuing Bank may choose not to grant Smiles Miles accruals under the “acquisition bonus” and “renewal bonus” scenarios in cases involving an annual fee waiver or an arrangement negotiated directly with the Participant. Therefore, the Participant should consult the Issuing Bank before completing any transaction to confirm eligibility to receive Smiles Miles.
3.2.6. "Miles related to purchases made with the GOL Smiles Credit Card" refers to the Smiles Miles accumulated by the Participant—in accordance with the rules in effect since January 23, 2023—upon the regular payment of the monthly GOL Smiles Credit Card bill. Please note that transactions eligible for earning Smiles Miles depend on the rules of each Issuing Bank; therefore, it is important for the Participant to be familiar with their Issuing Bank's terms and conditions. The standard rate at which Smiles Miles are awarded for the payment of said bill will depend on: (i) the conversion of the amount spent from Brazilian Reais to US Dollars; (ii) the GOL Smiles Credit Card variant (International, Gold, Platinum, or Infinite); and (iii) whether or not the Participant is a member of Clube Smiles and holds Diamond or Magno status.
3.2.7. The benefit of converting Clube and/or Diamond or Magno Bonus Miles accumulated with the GOL Smiles Credit Card may be modified, suspended, or cancelled by GOL at any time upon prior notice. GOL may also, through promotional campaigns, establish changes to the conversion ratio for Clube and/or Diamond or Magno Bonus Miles accumulated with the GOL Smiles Credit Card for a specified period. Both scenarios described herein will always be widely communicated to Participants.
Deadline for Crediting Smiles Miles
3.2.8. The timeframe for crediting Smiles Miles for purchases made with the GOL Smiles Credit Card is up to 3 (three) business days from the identification of the invoice payment when the issuing banks are Banco do Brasil S.A. and Banco Bradesco S.A. The timeframe for crediting Smiles Miles for purchases made with the GOL Smiles Credit Card is up to 15 (fifteen) business days from the identification of the invoice payment when the issuing bank is Banco Santander S.A.
MILE VALIDITY
Miles from purchases made with GOL Smiles Platinum, Gold, and International cards
4. Smiles Miles earned from purchases made with the GOL Smiles Credit Card, as well as Bonus Miles from the Clube and/or Diamante or Magno conversion features associated with Platinum, Gold, and International card variants—awarded to Smiles Program members—will be valid based on the member's Smiles Program tier at the time of crediting.
Acquisition and Renewal Miles for GOL Smiles Platinum, Gold, and International Cards
5. The miles awarded to Smiles Program participants for the acquisition and renewal of the GOL Smiles credit card will be valid according to the participant's Smiles tier at the time of the credit.
5.1. The Participant's Smiles Tier is subject to the terms of the Smiles Program Regulations. Additionally, the Participant may view this information on their GOL Smiles Credit Card statement within the “My Account” section, accessible via the logged-in area of the Smiles Program website.
5.2. Bonus miles resulting from the Clube and/or Diamante or Magno conversion will be valid for 12 months.
Miles earned on purchases made with the GOL Smiles Infinite Card
6. The Smiles Miles referring to purchases made with the GOL Smiles Infinite Credit Card, in accordance with the rules in force from January 23, 2023, including the Bonus Miles referring to the Club's active subscription converter and/or Diamond or Magno Category, have no expiration date.
6.1. The benefit regarding the non-expiration of Smiles Miles referred to in item 6 above may be modified, suspended, or cancelled by GOL at any time upon prior notice.
GOL Smiles Infinite Card Acquisition and Renewal Miles
7. Smiles Miles associated with the acquisition and renewal of the GOL Smiles Infinite credit card, awarded to Smiles Program members in accordance with the rules in effect as of January 23, 2023—including bonuses linked to active Smiles Club membership and/or Diamond or Magno status—do not have an expiration date.
7.1. The benefit regarding the non-expiration of Smiles Miles referred to in item 7 above may be modified, suspended, or cancelled by GOL at any time upon prior notice.
Mileage credit from the Clube Smiles converter and/or Diamond or Magno tier
8. Smiles Miles corresponding to the Clube Smiles and/or Diamond or Magno Tier conversion bonus are credited in a separate transaction once the Smiles Miles resulting from the payment of the GOL Smiles Credit Card bill have been credited.
8.1. If, at the time the credit is issued by the Issuing Bank, the Participant does not belong to the Diamond or Magno Category, or does not have an active Clube Smiles subscription with up-to-date payments, the Participant will not receive the additional Bonus Miles associated with Clube Smiles and/or the Diamond or Magno Category. Should the Participant bring their Clube Smiles payments up to date, subsequent accruals will include the bonus; however, no retroactive bonus will be awarded for the period during which the subscription was not active or payments were not up to date.
II – RULES FOR USING BENEFITS
Baggage Check-in
9. The free baggage benefit applies only to GOL flights—whether domestic (within Brazil) or international—and is available to the primary holder of an active GOL Smiles credit card as well as the additional cardholder, as follows: (i) GOL Smiles Infinite Credit Card: 1st and 2nd bags (up to 23 kg each) per GOL flight; and (ii) GOL Smiles Platinum Credit Card: 1st bag (up to 23 kg) per GOL flight. To qualify for the benefit, the cardholder must present their active GOL Smiles Infinite or Platinum credit card at the GOL check-in counter and request the inclusion of the baggage. If the specified maximum weight is exceeded, the customer is responsible for paying an excess baggage fee. For further information, please visit: https://www.smiles.com.br/servicos-gol.
9.1. The benefits associated with the Infinite and Platinum variants cannot be combined with the benefits available to Smiles Program members in the Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Magno categories. Lounge GOL Smiles
10. To access the GOL Smiles Lounge, the Participant must present an active GOL Smiles Card (physical or virtual) at the lounge reception, along with a physical boarding pass, for both GOL-operated flights and flights operated by Airline Partners, subject to the following conditions: (i) the holder of an active GOL Smiles Infinite Card shall have unlimited access, with the right to bring 01 (one) guest per visit; and (ii) the holder of an active GOL Smiles Platinum Card shall be entitled to 02 (two) visits per year—calculated based on the period from January 1 to December 31 of each year—without the right to bring a guest, and this benefit does not apply to holders of additional cards.
10.1. The boarding pass mentioned in item 10 above will only be accepted if the flight is scheduled for the day the GOL Smiles Lounge is intended to be used and originates from the airport where the GOL Smiles Lounge is located, for each passenger accessing the facility. 10.1.1. Boarding passes for flights that have already taken place will not be accepted.
10.2. The GOL Smiles Lounge can be found at Guarulhos (GRU - SP) and Galeão (GIG - RJ) airports, in the domestic and international departure areas—both in Terminal 2.
10.3. For an active GOL Smiles Infinite Card, a single daily entry to the GOL Smiles Lounge is permitted for the primary cardholder and one companion; exiting and re-entering is not allowed. For an active GOL Smiles Platinum Card, each visit counts as one of the primary cardholder's two annual entries, with no entitlement to a companion.
10.3.1. Should the holder of an active GOL Smiles Infinite Card wish to return to the GOL Smiles Lounge on the same day, they must present a different active GOL Smiles Infinite Card than the one previously used, or utilize other access options for which they are eligible, as outlined at https://www.voegol.com.br/servicos-gol/lounge-gol-smiles.
10.3.2. As an exception, multiple entries to the GOL Smiles Lounge on the same day will be permitted for connecting flights, provided they take place at different airports—for example, Guarulhos (GRU) – Galeão (GIG) or Galeão (GIG) – Guarulhos (GRU)—subject to all the rules set forth above.
Priority Check-in and Boarding
11. To use the Priority Boarding benefit, the Participant must present their active GOL Smiles Card (primary or additional) along with their identification document, subject to the following conditions: (i) Participants with an active GOL Smiles Infinite Card are entitled to board in Group 1 and to Priority Check-in; and (ii) Participants with an active GOL Smiles Platinum Card are entitled to board in Group 2 but are not entitled to Priority Check-in. GOL Smiles Platinum and Gold Cards do not confer the Priority Check-in benefit.
Additional benefits
12. Specifically regarding GOL Smiles Credit Cards issued under the VISA brand, the Participant is eligible for additional benefits granted solely and exclusively by Visa do Brasil Empreendimentos Ltda. Among the benefits granted by VISA, service/product insurance coverage is available only if the Participant has paid for the ticket and applicable fees (boarding and/or fuel) or purchased the product using the GOL Smiles Visa credit card. Other benefits may be used regardless of whether the ticket and applicable fees (boarding and/or fuel) were paid with the GOL Smiles Visa card; the only requirement is that the GOL Smiles Visa card be valid and active. GOL is not responsible for VISA benefits; should the Participant encounter issues or have questions, they must contact VISA directly. The Participant should review the benefits and terms of use directly on the Visa website at https://vaidevisa.visa.com.br/vdv/beneficios.
Easy Purchase
13. GOL Smiles Credit Card customers may pay for purchases in up to 12 (twelve) interest-free installments exclusively on the voegol.com.br website. This benefit applies to all GOL Smiles cards.
III – FINAL PROVISIONS
14. The benefits of the GOL Smiles Credit Card—including the conversion rate, the number of Miles awarded upon acquisition or renewal, airport experiences, travel perks, and other benefits—may be altered, suspended, and/or cancelled at any time, subject to prior notice. GOL reserves the right to alter, suspend, or even terminate the terms and conditions of the GOL Smiles Credit Card at any time, subject to prior notice.
15. Should GOL identify, at any time—including after the termination of the Product—the Participant's ineligibility or any irregularity committed by the Participant (including proven fraud), GOL may: (i) suspend or cancel the Smiles Account and exclude the Participant (including a Participant ineligible for the Product who acted irregularly or fraudulently) from the Product and/or the Smiles Program, either temporarily or permanently; (ii) reverse/deduct from the Participant's Smiles Account (including that of a Participant ineligible for the Product) any Smiles Miles obtained irregularly, including those obtained through fraud; and/or (iii) cancel all transactions carried out using Smiles Miles derived from this Product that were obtained irregularly or through fraud, including, but not limited to, the cancellation of reward redemption transactions.
16. In the event of Participant ineligibility, proven fraud, or a violation of these Regulations, the Participant shall be automatically excluded from the Product and may also be held civilly and criminally liable for any damages caused; Brazilian law applies exclusively to this Product.
17. Any tolerance, omission, or leniency on the part of GOL shall not constitute a waiver or modification of the conditions expressly set forth in the rules of this Product.
18. This Product does not involve any element of chance and is, therefore, not subject to the prior authorization requirement established in Article 1 of Law No. 5.768/71.
REGULATIONS FOR THE GRANTING OF SILVER STATUS TO GOL SMILES INFINITE CREDIT CARDHOLDERS
This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is promoted by GOL LINHAS AÉREAS S.A., the administrator of the Smiles Program and successor by merger to SMILES FIDELIDADE S.A. (CNPJ/MF 05.730.375/0001-20), a corporation duly incorporated in the country, registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 07.575.651/0037-60, with its headquarters at Alameda Rio Negro, No. 585, Edifício Padauiri, Bloco B, 2nd floor, units 21 and 22 – Part A, Alphaville, Zip Code 06454-000, in the City of Barueri, State of São Paulo, hereinafter referred to simply as “GOL”.
I – RULES
1. A Smiles Program Participant residing and domiciled in Brazil, holding a valid CPF, who—between 10:00 AM (Brasília time) on December 19, 2025, and 11:59 PM (Brasília time) on March 31, 2027 (“Validity Period”)—belongs to the Smiles Category and holds a GOL Smiles Infinite Credit Card (“Card”) (and is identified as such), may qualify for the Prata Category, provided all the rules set forth below are met.
2. This Promotion applies to Participants who hold a GOL Smiles Infinite Credit Card issued by Partners and who maintain the Card active throughout the entire Validity Period.
2.1. For the purposes of the regulations for this Promotion, an "active Card" is defined as a card that is being used by the Participant and has generated at least one instance of mileage accrual within the last 90 (ninety) days, calculated from the date of the Participant's most recent mileage accrual with Smiles associated with the GOL Smiles Infinite Card.
3. The Silver Tier, granted to the Participant, shall be valid until December 31, 2027.
3.1. Should the Participant deactivate the Card acquired under this Promotion, GOL reserves the right to downgrade the Participant to the Smiles Tier.
3.2. An "inactive card" is defined as a card that the Participant ceases to use and with which they stop accumulating miles for more than 90 (ninety) days, calculated from the date of their last mileage accrual in the Smiles program associated with the GOL Smiles Card.
3.3. Verification of whether the card remains active is performed every three (3) months.

5. GOL reserves the right to alter, suspend, or even terminate the Promotion at any time, upon prior notice.
6.
