When purchasing your ticket
The INSIGNIA Business class is one of the fare options available for international flights to and from the United States and Europe on twin-aisle aircraft (A330neo).
Upgrade from 48 hours prior to departure
You can request an upgrade to INSIGNIA Business class, subject to availability, at the airport service desk or at the Customer Service. The Basic fare does not allow cabin upgrades.
