Imagine an environment created exclusively for you to wait for your flight in peace and comfort. That's the GOL Smiles Lounge, a space with modern facilities and the necessary infrastructure for you to enjoy all the convenience of flying GOL even before takeoff.
Access to the GOL Smiles Lounges can be purchased through the CRC (0300 115 2121) or at the lounge counters. Soon, new features will be available for online lounge access sales.

We do not allow customer access at the arrivals area; you must have a boarding pass from one of the airports (GIG or GRU).

• Domestic Departures
Terminal 2 - In front of gates B36 and B37.
Operating hours: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Wednesdays and Fridays) 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (other days of the week)
Available only for customers on domestic flights.
• International Departures

- Priority Pass: Accepted at the GOL Smiles Lounges in Galeão (GIG), located in both Domestic and International departures.
- LoungeKey: Accepted at the GOL Smiles Lounge in Galeão (GIG), located in Domestic departures only.
- DragonPass: Accepted at the GOL Smiles Lounges in Guarulhos (GRU) and Galeão (GIG).
*LoungeKey is accepted exclusively in the Domestic lounge at Galeão (GIG); entry is not permitted into the International Lounges at GIG and GRU, or the Domestic Lounge at GRU.
Rules for accessing and using the GOL Smiles Lounge
- Valid boarding pass required.
- The stay in the Lounge GOL Smiles is limited to a period of 4 hours.
- Food and drinks offered in the room must be consumed on site.
- We request the use of headphones for listening devices.
- It is not allowed to remove cushions or change the position of seats.
- GOL reserves the right to refuse admission or assistance or service to people who show signs of intoxication.
- Be cordial with other visitors and with GOL employees.
- For your safety, the room is equipped with cameras.
- If the above rules are not followed, GOL reserves the right to request that the customer leave the space.
- Smiles Diamond customers have free access to the Lounge, extended to one (1) accompanying guest.
- Smiles Magno customers have free access to the Lounge, extended to spouses, children (upon presentation of valid documentation), and one (1) additional accompanying guest.
- Customers with Premium Economy, INSIGNIA Business Classic, and INSIGNIA Business Flex fares have free access to the GOL Lounge.
- Product refunds are allowed exclusively for customers with Flex fare, when requested up to 6 hours before the scheduled departure time. For Basic, Light, and Classic fares, refunds are not available.
- Refunds requested after the flight (no-show) or outside the required timeframe (at least 6 hours in advance) are not allowed, regardless of the fare.
