Essential information

We do not allow customer access at the arrivals area; you must have a boarding pass from one of the airports (GIG or GRU).

International Departures
Terminal 2, 3rd floor of the South Pier.
Operating hours: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Available only for customers on international flights.

Domestic Departures
Terminal 2 - In front of gates B36 and B37.
Operating hours: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Wednesdays and Fridays) 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (other days of the week)
Available only for customers on domestic flights.

International Departures
Terminal 2, 3rd floor of the South Pier.
Operating hours: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Available only for customers on international flights.

  • Valid boarding pass required.
  • The stay in the space is limited to a period of 4 hours.
  • Food and drinks offered in the room must be consumed on site.
  • We request the use of headphones for listening devices.
  • It is not allowed to remove cushions or change the position of seats.
  • GOL reserves the right to refuse admission or assistance or service to people who show signs of intoxication.
  • Be cordial with other visitors and with GOL employees.
  • For your safety, the room is equipped with cameras.
  • If the above rules are not followed, GOL reserves the right to request that the customer leave the space.
  • Product refunds are allowed exclusively for customers with Flex and Premium Economy fares when requested before boarding, through My Trips or the customer service center. For Basic, Light, and Classic fares, refunds are not available.
  • Refunds requested after the flight (no-show) or outside the required timeframe (at least 6 hours in advance) are not allowed, regardless of the fare.
