Celiacs may request a gluten-free meal through GOL's Customer Service (SAC), by calling 0300 115 2121, respecting a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

GOL does not provide food service for babies and children under 2 years of age on its flights.

For customers with food allergies, GOL does not offer a special service on board. The products offered may contain nuts, cow's milk and soy, among other allergens.

We recommend that customers seek medical and nutritional advice and keep their medications for allergic reactions easily accessible in their equipment, as well as information about the product they are allergic to. In case of extreme allergies, you must inform the crew during boarding. It is not possible to guarantee a flight free from a specific allergen.
