Baggage
The Basic rate includes a Bag or Backpack up to 10 kg. The other rates also include a small suitcase of up to 12 kg.
Rescheduling before the flight
Now rescheduling before the flight will be available to everyone, with or without a fee, depending on the fare.
Moving a flight to an earlier time
The earlier departure window expanded from 6 hours before to any time on the same day, for all fares that include this benefit.
Pre-flight refund
For all fares that include a pre-flight refund, it is full and without fees or penalties.

Questions and answers about GOL flight fares
How does seat selection work on Gol?
Seats are assigned automatically and randomly. A fee applies to select a seat. If your fare includes seat selection, you can choose a standard seat for free.
How can I move up my Gol flight?
You can easily move your flight to an earlier time via the GOL website or app. Simply go to the "My Trips" tab, locate your booking, select the flight you wish to change, and then choose the new flight, subject to availability.
Can I cancel my flight ticket and get a refund?
Yes. The flight ticket can be cancelled and refunded in accordance with the rules of the purchased fare. In some cases, the refund is issued as GOL credit or via the original payment method.
