Passenger air transport contract

The provisions of this contract (“Contract”) are subject to the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406 of January 10, 2002, as amended), the Brazilian Aeronautical Code (“CBA”) (Law No. 7,565, of December 19, 1986), the Montreal Convention of 1999 (in the case of international transportation), Law No. 8,078/90 - Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and other applicable regulatory requirements, and govern the provision of passenger air transportation services by GOL LINHAS AÉREAS S.A., a company registered with the CNNC PJ/MF under number 07.575.651/0001-59, with headquarters at Praça Senador Salgado Filho, no., Santos Dumont Airport, Ground Floor, Public Area, between axes 46-48/O-P, Management Room — Back Office, CEP 20021-340, city and state of Rio de Janeiro,

hereinafter referred to as “GOL”).
